1 c. butter or margarine, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/4 c. flour
1 (3.4 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (11 oz.) package white chocolate chips (also called vanilla chips)
1 jar or can (3 1/2 oz.) macadamia nuts

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Set aside. Combine flour, pudding, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in chips and macadamia nuts. Drop by large teaspoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Cool for 1 minute before putting on wax paper or wire racks for more cooling.
