2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. dry yeast
5-6 c. flour
2 c. hot tap water
1 stick oleo (margarine)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt, yeast, and 2 c. flour in mixing bowl. Add hot water and oleo. Beat with mixer for 2 minutes. Add enough flour so bread can be kneaded (approx. 2-4 c.). Knead 8 minutes and let rise 20 minutes on board. Cover with damp cloth. Put in 2 greased loaf pans and cover with saran wrap, put in refrigerator for 2-24 hours. Let stand 10 minutes at room temp. before baking. Bake 400º 40-45 minutes.
