Mash and cream:
1 c. sugar,
4 or 5 ripe bananas,
1/2 c. melted butter
Stir in:
2 c. flour,
1 tsp. soda,
1/2 tsp. salt,
Add:
1 egg,
3/4 c. black or english walnuts or your choice.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order given. Place the batter in a greased 9x5 or 8x5x2 3/4" loaf pan. Or may use 3 smaller. Bake at 350º for about 1 hour. This recipe can be used as a bread or a dessert and can be frozen and remains moist for 4 or 5 days covered.©
