1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 3/4 to 2 cups sifted confectionary sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter; then add brown sugar. Boil over low heat for 2 mins. stirring constantly. Stir in milk. Stir until it comes to a boil. Cool to lukewarm. Gradually add the sifted confectionary sugar. Beat until spreading consistency. If icing becomes too stiff, add a little hot water to the desired consistency.
