1/2 c.(1/4 lb.) butter
1 large egg
1 c. mint jelly
1 c. grated zucchini
1 c. unsweetened shredded coconut
2 c. all-purpose Flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat butter & jelly until well blended. Add zucchini & egg; mix well. Sift flour with soda then add to jelly mixture & stir until blended. Add nuts, raisins & coconut & mix well.
Drop batter by tablespoon mounds 1-inch apart on oiled 12x15 inch baking pans. Bake at 375º until lightly browned--about 12 to 15 mins.
