3 medium cucumbers sliced
1 medium onion chopped
2 cups water
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup heavy cream OR sour cream
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cucumbers and onions, water, salt: Let this sit for 1 hour. Drain and rinse. In larger bowl mix cream, sugar,and vinegar. Add cucumbers and onions, toss gently and serve.
