10 strips of bacon
2 1/2 cups cubed potatoes
1/2 large onion chopped
1 can corn, drained
1 cup diced carrots
2 tsp. (or cubes) chicken boullion
3 TB flour
pepper to taste
3 cups milk
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cpus water
2 cups cooked ham (or you can just use deli ham)

Directions:
Directions:
Dice the bacon, cook and drain. In drippings saute' onion and carrots til tender. Stir in flour till blended. Gradually add milk and water. Bring to boil. Cook and stir 2 mins. till thickened. Add corn, potatoes , boullion and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 1 1/2-2 hours. Add cheese and ham, heat till melted. Add bacon and serve.
