2 c. sour cream
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
1 banana, diced
red food coloring, if desired
1 can pitted Bing cherries
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, salt, pineapple and banana. Add 4 drops food coloring, if desired. Add cherries and pecans. Pour into paper muffin cups in muffin tins and freeze. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
