1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
3 eggs
2 c. creamy peanut butter
3/4 tsp. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. Quick Oats
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. plain M&M's
1 6 oz. chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter. Add eggs and mix again. Add light corn syrup, vanilla, baking soda, and salt. Mix again. Mix in oats, M&M's, and chocolate chips. Pack into a 1/4 measuring cup half full and drop onto a sprayed cookie sheet. Press with fingers to flatten.

These cookies are awesome!!! Please make sure you do not over-bake. They are much better if they are a little gooey. Place a piece of bread in the cookie container after they are done. This helps to keep the cookies moist. Enjoy!!!
