1 package wild rice mix
1/2 cup white rice
3 1/4 cup chicken stock
2 cups chicken, cooked
1 cup onion, chopped
4 oz. pimento
1 can french style beans
1 can water chestnuts
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Boil two large chicken breast in 3 1/4 cups of salted water. Remove chicken breast and reserve chicken stock. Cook wild rice mix with seasoning, white rice, onion and reserved chicken stock as directed on package. Cool chicken breast and then remove chicken from bone, cut in bite size pieces. Mix rice together with the rest of the ingredients. Pour into a large casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30-40 minutes.

This recipe has always been a favorite with our children and their friends. Makes a very large casserole. Freezes well too!
