1 stick butter (unsalted)
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. light Karo syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Bring ingredients to a boil, then add 1 can of sweetened condensed milk. Stir.

Cook to soft ball stage. Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of water.

Store leftovers in refrigerator. This is great with apple slices, served with ice cream or to top brownies!
