1 cake mix, either yellow mix or funfetti mix
1 small box instant pistachio pudding
4 eggs
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/8 c. water
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well with electric mixer.

Grease two loaf pans.

Mix 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon in small bowl, pour a small amount into each loaf pan and tilt to coat bottom and sides of pan; pour out excess.

Divide batter between two loaf pans. Sprinkle top of batter with remaining sugar/cinnamon mixture.

Bake at 350º for 35 to 45 minutes or until bread tests done with toothpick.
