6 oz. Canadian Bacon
6 eggs
6 oz. cheese, shredded
Cooking Spray

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Spray 6-cup muffin tin with cooking spray. Line each cup with 1 oz. of Canadian bacon. Carefully break one egg into each cup. Sprinkle 1 oz. cheese into each cup. Bake until white is set but yolk is still runny, about 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley before serving, if desired.
