Saute in small amount of butter
1/2 cup chopped onions
stir continually on low heat until limp
combine in baking dish with-

2 cups meat (chicken on Roast left over)
1/2 cup cooked carrots
1/2 cup celery cooked
1/2 cup potatoes cooked
1 small can peas
1.5-2 cups gravy (chicken gravy for left over chicken. Beef Gravy for left over roast can use package gravy)

Heat oven to 400º
Cover casserole with Pillsbury Biscuits. Bake 15 mins or until biscuits are brown
