1-1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup parsley
3 bread heels soaked in 3/4 cup milk (squeeze the heels to remove excess moisture and crumble heels)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
garlic salt (to taste)
pepper
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
mix all the ingredients and shape into a loaf. Grease with forefinger a thin ridge in the top of the loaf. Put in preheated oven at 350º. 30 mins.

Heat to blend:

1 can tomato soup
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1/3 cup water

Pour the sauce over the meatloaf, cook for another 40 mins.
