2 cans Hominy, drained
Dash of Lemon Pepper
Salt to taste
1 can Green chopped green chilies, drained (4 oz.)
4 slices American cheese
1 can Crm. of mushroom soup
1 small can Pet Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Drain hominy and pour into casserole dish.Sprinle with lemon pepper and salt
Add drained green chilies to hominy
Add 2 pieces of cheese broken into pieces
Mix soup and milk and pour over hominy mixture
Stir well
Add 2 remaining slices of cheese on top of casserole.
Cover and bake at 350º for 30 minutes
Remove lid to brown

I can't remember if Mom used yellow or white hominy. I don't guess it would matter.
