Cake:

1 box Duncan Hines butter recipe golden cake mix
1/2 C. oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges


Icing:

1 can crushed pineapples and juice (20 ounces)
1 box instant vanilla pudding (3 3/4 ounces)
1 large cool-whip (9 ounces)

Cake:
Mix together cake mix (ignore directions on box), eggs, oil and oranges (use liquid) - mix 3-4 minutes.
Bake at 350º according to number of cake pans, 3 pans (20-25 minutes). Cool on racks.

Icing:
Put pineapple and juice into large mixing bowl. Add vanilla pudding mix and mix well. Add cool whip.

Spread icing between the layers, on top and sides of cake. Keep cake in refrigerator.
Cake maybe frozen.
