6 cups slices pared tart apples
1 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
3/4 cup milk
2 Tbs margarine or butter, softened
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix

Streusel:
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
3 Tbs firm butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325ºF Grease pie plate, (10" x 1 1/2").
Mix apples and spices; turn into pie plate. Beat the remaining ingredients except Streusel until smooth, 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Combine Streusel ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over the top. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 55-65 minutes.
