3 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 can beer or other carbonated beverage
2 T. melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything except butter together just until blended. Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan. Pour melted butter on top. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until top is golden.
