4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp honey
1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin
coarse salt
pepper
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. In skillet, heat the butter and honey over medium heat, stirring to melt butter. Season pork with salt and pepper and place in skillet. Cook until lightly browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
Transfer to casserole dish and roast pork in 375 oven for approx 20-30 minutes. When done, transfer pork to plate, or leave in casserole dish.
In skillet, add water to pan and place over medium heat, cook, stirring with spoon to scrape up all the browned bits. Cook until sauce is reduced to about 1/2 cup. Slice pork on the diagonal and serve drizzled with the sauce.
