1 lb sweet potatoes (3 medium)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp mace
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp salt
Marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare and cook sweet potatoes. Combine potatoes, sour cream, egg yolk , salt and mace. beat until smooth. Pour into buttered 1 quart casserole dish. Top with Marshmallows. bake 30 minutes at 350.
