4 ups raw onions, sliced 1/2 inch thick
1/2 cup blanched, slivered almonds
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup corn flakes crushed, or bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter

Directions:
Directions:
boil onions in salt water until tender. Drain. Place in casserole in alternate layers: onions, soup, almonds. Top with crumbs that have been tossed in butter.
Bake 20 minutes at 350.
