9 quail
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup cornflake crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put cornflakes in a plastic bag, then crush with the back of your hand, Add salt, garlic and Parmesan cheese to the bag. Next, dip quail in butter, then into the bag of corn flakes. Press flakes on the quail to cover. Place breast side up in buttered baking dish. If any of the butter is left, pour over quail. Bake in 375º oven for 45 minutes,
