1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 c. oatmeal
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 large Egg, beaten
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. Packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Mustard
2 Tbsp. Vinegar

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, oatmeal, salt, pepper, egg, onion, and 1/2 cup tomato sauce. Mix lightly. Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish. In a small mixing bowl, combine 1/2 c. tomato sauce, brown sugar, mustard, and vinegar. Brush loaf with the mixture and place in oven. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting occasionally with sauce.
