Pillsbury Pie Crust - unbaked
4 large eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
2 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Bring Crust to room temperature. Slowly and gently unroll crust. Place crust in ungreased 9-inch deep dish glass pie plate. Press crust firmly against side and bottom. Set pie crust aside. Beat eggs well and then add sugar, flour and milk. Stir to mix well. Add Vanilla. Sir. Pour in unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 400º for 10 minutes then turn down oven to 325º till pie is set. About 30-35 minutes more.
