1 can crushed pineapple with juice (19 oz.)
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Frosting:
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1 1/3 cup confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pineapple, sugar, eggs, flour, baking soda, vanilla and chopped pecans by hand and pour into greased 9x13 dish. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350º.

Frosting:
Mix cream cheese, butter, confectioners sugar and vanilla. Spread on cake while slightly warm. Leave in refrigerator for two days before serving. (If you can wait!)
