1 c. Sugar
2 T. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
1/2 cup Vinegar
2 Eggs
2 T. Butter
1/4 c. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the sugar, flour, salt and dry mustard in a small saucepan. Add the vinegar and beat in the eggs. Add the water and bring to a boil. Cook until thickened, remove from heat and add the butter. Cool.

This is the dressing I use on potato salad. My mother always used it, and it gives potato salad a sweet, tangy taste. Also good on fresh tomatoes.
