1 2/3 c. Pet evaporated milk
2/3 c. sugar
1 envelope Kool-aide

Directions:
Directions:
Chill milk in ice tray until almost frozen at the edges. Put cold milk into a cold small bowl. Using cold beaters, whip with electric mixer at high speed until fluffy. Add sugar and Kool-aide. Whip until stiff. Freeze in a 1 qt. ice tray until firm. 3-4 hours.

Can make a cookie crust- fills a 9 in. pan.
