2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 sticks oleo (margarine)
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Icing:
1 stick oleo (margarine)
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 lb. powder sugar
1 c. nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour and sugar in a bowl. In a pan, bring to a boil oleo, cocoa and water. Pour over flour and sugar mixture, beat well (will be fairly thick). Add other ingredients, beat well. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake 20 minutes at 375º

Icing:

In a medium pot, bring to a boil oleo, cocoa and milk. Add powder sugar and nuts. Mix well. Pour over cooled cake.
