2 loaves bread dough (2 cans refrigerated biscuits can be substituted)
1/2 c. vanilla ice cream
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/3 c. margarine
cinnamon
sugar

Directions:
Directions:
If using frozen bread loaves, thaw overnight (covered).
Put ice cream, sugars and margarine in a bowl and microwave. Melt, stirring occasionally until mixture is a smooth caramel. Cut bread dough into small pieces, rolling each in cinnamon and sugar. Place dough side by side in a 9x13 pan. Pour caramel evenly over biscuits. Bake at 400º for 15 to 20 minutes. Carefully turn caramel rolls upside down on a big cookie sheet. Caramel will be very hot.
