1- 6oz. pkg lemon jello
1/2 pkg miniature marshmallows
4 cups hot water
1 can crushed pineapple(drained). Save pineapple juice for topping
3 large bananas

Topping Ingredients:
4 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 pint whipped cream

Garnish options:
nuts or red cherries

Stir jello, marshmallows and hot water and let cool.
When cool add: drained pineapple and bananas. Mix and set in a 9x13 inch pan. Put in refrigerator to set.

For topping:
Cook together flour, margarine, sugar, and pineapple juice. Cool and add 1/2 pint cream (whipped). Frost jello base, garnish with nuts or red cherries.
