6 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 cup chicken broth
1-1/2 cups orange juice
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium red pepper, chopped
1 11oz can mandarin orange segments, drained
1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 tsp each, salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook chicken in oil for 4 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and keep warm.
In a small bowl, combine flour and broth until smooth. Stir into skillet. Add the orange juice, peppers, oranges, pineapple, pepper flakes, salt & pepper. Bring to a boil and cook and stir for about 2 minutes, until thickened. Return chicken to pan and heat through.
