3 cups self rising flour
3 Tbsp sugar
1 12oz can beer, at room temperature
3 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour a 9x5x3 loaf pan. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and sugar. Mix well. Pour the beer, gradually, stirring constantly, until the mixture is fully moistened. (it may not take all the beer).
Place dough in prepared pan and bake in a 350º oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
Brush with melted butter after 30 minutes.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool on rack.
