Crust:
1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. baking cocoa
1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted

Filling:
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
whipped cream and additional chocolate chips, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all crust ingredients and press into the bottoms and 2 inches up the sides of a 9 inch spring form pan; chill. For filling, beat cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until fluffy. Gradually add milk; beat until smooth. Add melted chocolate chips, eggs, and vanilla; mix well. Pour into crust. Bake at 300º for 1 hour and 5 minutes. The center will still jiggle slightly. Cool for 15 minutes. Carefully run a knife between the crust and the sides of the pan. Cool for 3 hours at room temperature. Chill overnight. Just before serving, remove the sides of the pan. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate chips around the outside edge of the cheese cake, if desired.
