1 roll refrigerator sugar cookies.
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 c powdered sugar
8 oz. pineapple orange juice (not frozen kind)
2 TBLS cornstarch mixed with 6 TBLS water
Strawberries, bananas, kiwi, blueberries, raspberries, pineapple, mandarian oranges

Open pkg of sugar cookies and press dough down onto round pizza pan. Bake for 10 min or until firm.
In a saucepan place pineapple/orange juice and 2 teas sugar. Place on burner and bring to boil stirring constantly. Add cornstarch mixture and simmer until thickened. Set aside to cool. After cookie is baked let cool then Beat cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Spread on cooled cookie. Slice and wash fruit. Place fruit around (on top of creamed cheese mixture) , Once you get all the fruit the way you like it spead on thickened fruit juice to cover fruit. Chill
