1 1/2 cup cooked rice
2 eggs
3 cup milk
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In pan, put rice and milk, mix and let come to boil, remove.

Preheat oven to 375º F.

In bowl, beat eggs, sugar, nutmeg, vanilla.
Combine with rice and put in buttered dish.
Cook in oven, in pan of water, 1 hour.

This recipe was given to me by my friend, the late Adeline Boccuzzi. Adeline's grandfather had been a chef and had wonderful recipes.
