1-2 zucchini, cut into bite sized spears
1 red pepper, cubed
10-15 mushrooms, halved
1/2 red onion, cut into bite sized chunks
1/3 c. Kraft sundried tomato dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Place all veggies in bowl and toss in dressing. Cook on a grill in a foil pan for 20-30 minutes. I cook them at any temperature alongside meat until tender crisp.

Try to cut all veggies to a similar size so they cook at the same rate. This is a favorite on the grill. Even Ken (my non-vegetable eater!) will eat these.
