1 stick of butter
8 oz. dates
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Coconut in separate bowl
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet, mix in dates and eggs for a bit. Add rest of ingredients and cook till it comes to a boil. When cool enough to handle, take a teaspoon, roll into a ball with hands, then roll it in the coconut.
