24 whole large fresh mushrooms
1 6oz can crab meat, drained
1 Tbsp fresh snipped parsley
1 tsp capers, chopped
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup mayonaisse

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry the mushrooms. Carefully remove the stems. Combine the crab meat, parsley and capers. Stir the dry mustard into the mayo, and toss with the crab mixture. Fill each mushroom cap with about 1 Tbsp of the crab mixture. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in a 375º pre-heated oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
