2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground turkey
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs
4 tbsp. soy sauce, divided
1 tsp. dry mustard
12 oz. grape jelly
12 oz. enchiladas sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray large baking sheet with cooking spray.
Combine ground beef, ground turkey, bread crumbs, eggs, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, mustard in a large bowl. shape into 1" balls.
Place on baking sheet and bake 10 minutes.
Combine 2 tbsp. soy sauce, grape jelly, enchiladas sauce in a 2 qt. baking dish. Add meatballs and gently mix to coat with sauce. Cover and bake 10 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
