6-8 potatoes
3 carrots
3 sticks of celery
1/2 large onion
Melt 1 stick of butter
2 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Dice potatoes, carrots, celery and onion. Cook in salt water till done then drain. Cook butter, milk, cream cheese and cream of chicken soup till all melted and hot. Add cooked potatoes and veggies. Serve with shredded cheese, bacon bits or real bacon crumbled / or croutons.
