1 lb. browned ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 can Nacho Cheese soup
1 can Hormel Chili (no beans)
1 can enchilada sauce (mild or hot)
1 pkg flour tortillas
2 - 8 oz pkgs shredded cheddar or colby jack cheese

Directions:

Brown beef, drain and then add taco seasoning as per package direction. Mix gravy ingredients together (nacho cheese soup, hormel chili and enchilada sauce) and pour little of it into greased 9x13 pan (enough to cover the bottom of pan lightly). Put 2 Tbsp of taco meat into flour tortilla and sprinkle with cheese. Place tortillas seam side down into pan. Fill all tortillas the same and place into pan. Ladle remaining gravy mixture over tortillas in pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
