4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. Crisco
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, Crisco and salt with pastry blender. Mix water, egg and vinegar; add to flour mixture and blend well. Chill 30 minutes. Roll out and shape for pie crusts. Makes crust for two pies.
