3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks (make meringue from whites)
2 c. milk
2 tbsp., butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 9-inch pastry shell, baked
Directions:
Directions:
Mix, flour, cocoa, sugar and salt. Add egg yolks; mix well. Add milk and cook in double boiler until mixture is thick. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Pour into baked 9-inch pastry shell.
