5 lbs potatoes
1 small onion
1 1/2 cups diced ham
1 can cream of potato soup
1 pint cream or 1/2 and 1/2
1 cup water
1/4 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice the potatoes, chop the onion and dice the ham. Place ingredients in a casserole or roaster. Heat the soup, cream and water. Pour over mixture. Lightly season with salt and pepper, dab margarine on top. Bake a 350º for one hour.

This recipe may easily be doubled or tripled. I often triple it for large groups. May be cooked in a roaster oven.
