1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
2 large eggs
1/2 cup butter (melted)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine the first 3 ingredients. Beat eggs until foamy and add to mixture. Then add melted butter and stir until ingredients are just moistened. Pour into greased muffin pan.( I use the 24 mini size) Bake for 20 minutes or until done with a cake tester.
