3 c. sweet potatoes, baked and mashed
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, evaporated milk, 1 stick of margarine & vanilla and pour into buttered casserole. Mix pecans, flour, brown sugar & melted margarine and put on top of casserole mixture. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes. Enjoy
