CRUST:
2 c flaked coconut
2 T sugar
2 T flour
2 T butter,melted
FILLING:
1 jar (10 oz) strawberry preserves
COMBINE:
8 oz cream cheese
1 c confectioners sugar
1/2 c chopped nuts
1 T milk
1 tsp. almond extract

1 pt heavy cream
1/2 c confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the crust ingredients. Press in the bottom of a cake pan. Bake 10 minutes ae 350º Don't brown. Cool.
Spread 5 oz (1/2 jar) preserves into crust. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of this. Cover with remaining preserves.
Combine cream and confectioners sugar. Spread on top. Freeze several hours. Serve like ice cream.
