1lb. large frozen precooked shrimp, thawed and drained
3/4 c. Zesty Italian salad dressing
2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
1 can marinated artichoke hearts, drained and cut into halves
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 (9oz.) pkg. pasta (angel hair or spaghetti)
1/4 c. grated Pamesan cheese

Directions:
Saute mushrooms, onions and artichoke hearts with 1/2 c. salad dressing until onions are translucent and mushrooms are tender. Add shrimp. Cook until shrimp is heated through. Toss with hot cooked pasta and remaining 1/4c. salad dressing. Sprinkle with cheese.
