10 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
16 oz. shredded cheese, what ever kind you want - cheddar, co-jack, Swiss, etc.
4 oz. cream cheese, cubed
16 oz. small curd cottage cheese
2 (4 oz.) cans diced chilies
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together eggs, sugar and milk. Add melted butter, chilies and cheeses. Combine flour, baking powder and salt and stir into egg mixture. Pour into a well-buttered 9 x 13 baking dish.
Either bake now at 350º for 35 minutes or until golden and firm.
Or cover and refrigerate overnight. Take out of refrigerator 15 minutes before baking. Then bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes in a 350º oven until golden and firm.
